2 oz Gin Lane 1751 ‘Victoria’ Pink Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

3-4 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Garnish with Lemon twist
​
Add all ingredients except bubbly into an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a flute glass. Top with bubbly and garnish.

1.5 oz Gin Lane 1751 ‘Victoria’ Pink Gin

1 oz Lillet Blanc, Cocchi Americano, or dry vermouth

1 oz St Elder Pamplemousse Liqueur

1 oz Lemon Juice
-
Garnish with Orange Peel
​
Combine all ingredients in ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with orange peel.
